How does shipping and delivery work?

You’ve made an order, and you are now the happiest Canadian in Canada, knowing your Coorie is on it's way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your Coorie and package it with a huge amount of love, so please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to pick up and pack your order. 

Your Coorie will then gently be sent via Purolator, and it should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 2-5 business days.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number, so that you can follow your Coorie's journey.

The Purolator delivery driver may leave your package in a safe place, or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Canada, not a cent. We send out all orders via free standard shipping with Purolator. Purolator quotes us 2-5 business days for this delivery service (depending on your location), after your order has been packed and picked.

How do I track my order?

After we pass your order to Purolator, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will have your tracking numbers and a tracking link for you to follow your package's journey. 

Do you ship internationally?

As we are expanding our business, we are focusing on the Canadian market for now. So, no, we do not ship internationally for now.
